Dr. Jan DeMasters teaches her clients effective, personalized strategies for building resilience to the negative effects of stress in their personal and professional lives. She uses cutting-edge research findings to construct customized approaches for maximizing health, performance, and quality of life - even in the most stressful times.
Dr. Jan DeMasters
An internationally recognized clinician, researcher, writer, presenter, consultant, certified life and executive coach, and decision strategist. She has been called the #1 secret weapon for executives, entrepreneurs, and the teams they lead who want to improve job performance, communication, problem solving and quality of life by taking control of stress so they can focus on success and satisfaction.
After working several years as an independent practitioner, Dr. DeMasters founded Total Health Concepts, LLC (THC) in 2002 focusing on health and wellness consultation. At the encouraging of her clients, her services soon expanded when DeMasters & Associates, LLC was launched as a THC subsidiary in 2005 to include a business and career management specialization. In 2017 these entities were joined under a new name: Well Advised Consulting, LLC to reflect the synergy they bring to the consulting and life/executive coaching services of Dr. Jan DeMasters and her team of associates.
